This house consists of 1 ground floor 3 modular house; on top is a 2 modular house with altered layout. The staircase can be inside or outside. Materials and dimensions of various elements are almost identical to a 2 modular and a 3 modular ground floor house, raised by a staircase and assembly is a bit more demanding.

Description of the materials needed to build this house:


GROUND FLOOR - 

The supporting structure -

Outer dimensions of the assembled steel structure: (Width x Length x Height):

7, 5 x 9 x 3.4 (m), internal height between the supporting profiles is 3 m.

Ground floor and ceiling is 7, 5 x 9 m = 67,5m2.


Ceiling -

From the bottom is: drywall, vapour barrier, 15mm OSB, insulation: 200mm EPS, decking 22mm OSB or waterproof plywood, all attached to treated joists 120 mm and 80mm. Terrace forms part of the galvanised tin ceiling, treated joists, waterproof plywood.

flat roof (slope of about 7%) consisting of K-control panels 140 mm thick, galvanised tin roof, total size 11m x 10m. Ceiling - air gap between the K-control panels and drywall ceiling, might be used foam insulation. To reinforce the ceiling and roof, treated joists are used; height is 120 mm and 80 mm.

tin sheets, EPS insulation -thickness of 200 mm, treated joists 80 mm, decking 22 mm, OSB boards or waterproof plywood, then floating floor PVC flooring or wooden floor.

Total floor area is 67, 5 m2.

Entrance glazed door from the terrace 1.5 x 2.89 with ventilation at the top at the height of 0,4m, from the hall 0.9 x 2.89 m, glazed with ventilation on the top at the height of 0.4 m height.

Glass walls in the bedroom2, 2 (W) x 2, 89 (H) m in both rooms 2, 2 x 2,89m are solid, as well as to the terrace with dimension 2 x (2, 5 x 2, 89) m. The glass walls might be divided, with ventilation at the top, at the height of 0,4m. Triple or double glazing might be used - depends on the client.

Internal walls -

100mm drywall to be able to hang cabinets - reinforced where we are planning to hang cabinets, reinforced with 18mm OSB, or reinforced drywalls. .

The area of dry walled walls and interior sheathing is 78m2, plus the ceiling 90m2, TOTAL OSB for reinforcement is approx. 45m2.

Side from the terrace: 2.7 x 3.4 m (9.18 m2), from sides 2x (2, 6 x 3, 4) =17,68m2, back wall 9, 2 x 3, 4 = 31,28m2 above windows 0, 4 x 12 = 5m2, TOTAL 62m2. Bathroom window is standard size; top of the window can be open. Total external sheathing using PUR panels 100 mm thick is 62 m2.

The same area, 70 m2 is needed to use mineral wool 80 mm, and for vapour barrier and drywall.


Internal walls -

100mm drywall to be able to hang cabinets - reinforced on the side of the living room with drywall, 18 mm OSB, total 14m2.

The area of dry walled walls is 120m2, OSB 14m2, door 80 x 220. Triple glazing or double glass- depends on the client.
