3 -Modular house 2 storey house 2+1 (3 + KK)

Below please find an example of the layout of a 3 modular house. The ground floor is made from 2 modules. This house can be tailor made.


Description of the materials needed to build this house:


GROUND FLOOR

The supporting structure -

Outer dimensions of the assembled steel structure: (Width x Length x Height):

5 x 9 x 3.4 (m), internal height between the supporting profiles is 3 m.

Ground floor and ceiling is 9 x 5 m = 45m2.


Ceiling -

Ceiling from the bottom is made by drywall, vapour barrier, 15mm OSB, and 200mm EPS, 22mm decking OSB or waterproof plywood, all is attached to treated joists; height is 120 mm and 80 mm. Terrace forms part of the tin galvanised ceiling, treated joists and waterproof plywood.


Floor -

tin sheets, EPS insulation -thickness of 200 mm, treated joists 80 mm, decking 22 mm, OSB boards or waterproof plywood, then floating floor PVC flooring or wooden floor.

Total floor area is ​​45m2.


Sheathing -

Entrance glazed door from the terrace 1.5 x 2.89, from the hall 0.9 x 2.89 m, glazed with ventilation on the top at the height of 0.4 m height the space to the ceiling is 5cm, the floor needs 6cm, therefore clear height for glassy parts and the door is 2.89 m.

Glass walls in the hall from side 2.2 (W) x 2.89 (H) m, glazed terrace 2 x (2.5 x 2.89) m, a window into the hall 3.2 (W) x 1.2 (H) m. The outer sheathing ng uses PUR panels with a thickness of 10 cm, internal sheathing uses mineral wool 8 cm thick, vapour barrier, drywall. Panelling and glass panels will be outside attached to the steel frame (L profile) adapted for holding the panels and glass panels at the bottom, and on sides and on top treated wooden beams and planks will be used.


Materials needed for wall sheathing:

PUR panels:

Side from the terrace: 2.7 x 3.4 m (9.18 m2) Hall from the MAIN ENTRANCE: 4.3 x 3.4 m (14.62 square meters), from the windows to the HALL: 27.5 m2, from the bedroom window: 3 x 3.4 m (10.2 square meters). Glass bathroom window, top of the window can be open. Total external sheathing using PUR panels 100 mm thick is 70 m2.

The same area, 70 m2 is needed to use mineral wool 80 mm, and for vapour barrier and drywall.


Internal walls -

100mm drywall to be able to hang cabinets - reinforced on the side of the living room with drywall, 18 mm OSB, and in the kitchen and dressing room, Total drywall 115m2.

The door 90mm to room, dressing room and WC. Triple glazing or double glass- depends on the client.


B - First Floor

Is formed by 1 module.


The supporting structure -

Outer dimensions of the assembled steel structure: (Width x Length x Height):

2, 5 x 9 x 3.4 (m), internal height between the supporting profiles is 3 m.

Ground floor and ceiling is 2, 5 x 9 m = 22,5m2.


Roof, Ceiling -

flat roof (slope of about 7%) consisting of K-control panels 140 mm thick, galvanised tin roof, total size3,5m x 10m. Ceiling - air gap between the K-control panels and drywall ceiling, might be used foam insulation. To reinforce the ceiling and roof, treated joists are used; height is 120 mm and 80 mm.

Ceiling from the bottom is made by drywall, vapour barrier, 15mm OSB, and 200mm EPS, 22mm decking OSB or waterproof plywood, all is attached to treated joists; height is 120 mm and 80 mm. Terrace forms part of the tin galvanised ceiling, treated joists and waterproof plywood.


Floor -

tin sheets, EPS insulation -thickness of 200 mm, treated joists 80 mm, decking 22 mm, OSB boards or waterproof plywood, then floating floor PVC flooring or wooden floor.

Total floor area is 22,5m2.

Side from the terrace: 2.7 x 3.4 m (9.18 m2) Hall from sides 2x (2, 7 x 3,4m) =19m2 minus door, from the back side 9, 2 x 3, 4=32m2. Glass bathroom window, top of the window can be open, plus sheathing above and around windows, approx. 3m2. Total external sheathing using PUR panels 100 mm thick is 64 m2.


Internal walls -

PUR panels, side from terrace: 2, 7 x 3,4m= 9,18m2, from sides 2x (2, 7 x 3,4m) =19m2 minus door and from the back side 9, 2 x 3, 4 = 32m2. Standard size of the bathroom window, top of the window can be open, plus sheathing above and below the windows, approx. 3m2. Total sheathing 100 mm PUR panels is 64m2., also 64m2 of mineral wool

100mm drywall to be able to hang cabinets - reinforced on the side of the living room with drywall, 18 mm OSB, and in the kitchen and dressing room, Total drywall 70m2.

The door 90mm to room, to WC 70mm. Triple glazing or double glass- depends on the client.
